Kitchen Equipment Needed

  • Mixing bowls
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Spoon
  • Wonton wrappers

  • Tongs
  • Small bowl of water (for sealing wonton edges)

Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
    • Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Assemble the Wontons:
    • Lay out a few wonton wrappers at a time on a clean, flat surface.
    • Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
    • Dip your finger in the bowl of water and moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper.
    • Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

  3. Cook the Wontons:

      • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
      • Place the wontons on the baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
