Kitchen Equipment Needed:

  • Baking sheet
  • Small saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Oven

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Salmon:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with olive oil.
    • Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Bake the Salmon:
    • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Make the Creamy Dijon Sauce:
    • While the salmon is baking, heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
    • Add the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic to the saucepan.
    • Whisk the ingredients together until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
