Ritz Cracker Salted Caramel Icebox Cake is a delightfully sweet and salty dessert that’s layered with creamy, caramel goodness and crunchy Ritz crackers. It’s not heavy or overly sweet either. I think it’s a perfect dessert for any time of the year, and if you’re not a fan of salted caramel, feel free to omit the salt.

It will still be undeniably delicious! If you’re looking for a light & airy dessert that’s not overly sweet, you’ve come to the right place. When you make a layered dessert with crunchy crackers and luscious caramel cream, you get the perfect cake. The addition of a touch of salt just sends it over the top.
