Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (50g) unsalted butter

- 4 cups (500g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Cake Batter:
- In a saucepan, melt the 1 cup of butter over low heat. Stir in the cocoa powder until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
