  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • Zest of 1 orange (optional, for extra citrus flavor)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the : In a mixing bowl, dissolve the orange in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until the is completely dissolved, then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and chill for about 20-30 minutes, until it starts to thicken but is not fully set.
