Kitchen Equipment Needed:

  1. Mixing bowl
  2. 9×13-inch baking dish
  3. Mixing spoon
  4. Aluminum foil

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained whole kernel corn, softened cream cheese, melted butter, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the corn mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a mixing spoon or spatula.
  4. Bake the Casserole: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the Foil: After 30 minutes, remove the foil from the baking dish and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
