How To Make a Yummy Yummy Cherry Cheese Coffee Cake ?

Get your oven set 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

Spray cooking oil in a 9-inch round cake pan.

Mix the sugar, flour, salt,and baking soda, in a medium-sized bowl.

Separately, in a big bowl, cream together the sour cream and butter, then you add the egg and start mixing well.

Once everything is thoroughly combined, the dry ingredients should be delicately blended into the butter mixture.

In the cake pan that has been prepared, spread half of the batter.

Spread the cherry preserves over the batter, then dot with spoonfuls of cream cheese.

Spread the remaining batter over the top.

It will take about 25 to 30 minutes, or when a toothpick inserted into the cake’s middle comes out clean.

Take our delicious cake out, after getting cooled for 10 minutes in the pan, and finally you take it out, and place it on a wire rack to complete cooling.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
