Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese to the dry ingredients, stirring to distribute the cheese evenly.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out into an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
