Butterfinger Fudge is a rich, creamy, and indulgent treat that combines the sweet, nutty crunch of Butterfinger candies with velvety fudge.   • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • 8×8-inch baking dish
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Measuring cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4 mini bars or 2 regular-sized bars)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Prepare the Baking Dish:
    Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Chocolate:
    In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  3. Add Vanilla and Salt:
    Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Incorporate the Butterfinger Candy:
    Gently fold in ¾ cup of the crushed Butterfinger pieces, reserving ¼ cup for topping.
  5. Pour into the Dish:
    Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Add Topping:
    Sprinkle the reserved crushed Butterfinger pieces over the top, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
  7. Chill and Set:
    Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Cut and Serve:
    Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and serve.
