When you make a mixture of finely chopped broccoli, cheese, and breadcrumbs and bake it to perfection, you get the perfect bite-sized treat.   3. Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, eggs, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the Balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
