Prepare the Dough:
In a small bowl, mix the warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Mix Dough Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead and Proof:
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Filling:
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Roll Out the Dough:
Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a 16x12-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread the Filling:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture and diced strawberries on top.
Roll and Cut:
Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other. Cut into 12 equal pieces using a sharp knife or dental floss.
Second Rise:
Place the rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Glaze:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Glaze the Rolls:
Spread the glaze over the warm rolls, letting it melt into the crevices.
