Preparation

  • Start by draining the crushed pineapple thoroughly to remove excess juice.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Add the drained crushed pineapple to the cream cheese mixture and gently fold it in until well-combined.
  • Slowly fold in the whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and optional chopped pecans or shredded coconut.
  • Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.

Notes

You can keep Pineapple Fluff covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. It's best enjoyed cold, so there's no need to reheat it. If you've made a larger batch, you can also freeze it, but consume it within a month for the best flavor.
