Prepare the Meat Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
Form the Patties
Shape the beef mixture into four equal-sized patties. The mixture will be a bit sticky, so wet your hands with a little water if necessary to help shape the patties.
Cook in the Crockpot
Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease it. Place the patties in the slow cooker, layering them if necessary.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the patties are fully cooked through and the cheese has melted.
Assemble the Pizza Burgers
Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the slow cooker. Toast the hamburger buns lightly, if desired.
Place a patty on each bun and top with additional pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings like pepperoni, olives, or peppers.
