Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 pound crawfish tails peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set it aside.

  • Toss in the crawfish tails and cook until they are heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add in the Cajun seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and everything is well-combined.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, gently tossing to coat the pasta in the creamy crawfish sauce.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
