Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Make the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Add the Cinnamon Swirl
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon sugar swirl ingredients (sugar and cinnamon).
Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
Add the remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar on top.
Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the cinnamon sugar into the batter.
Bake the Bread
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
Add the Topping
Brush the top of the slightly cooled bread with melted butter.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar topping evenly over the surface.
