Cherry Cheesecake Fluff
Cherry Cheesecake Fluff is a creamy, luscious dessert that brings together the delightful flavors of cherries and cheesecake into a light and airy fluff.
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs optional, for topping
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, continuing to beat until well combined and smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until well mixed.
Gently fold in the cherry pie filling and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Just before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top, if desired.
