Cherry Cheesecake Fluff

Cherry Cheesecake Fluff is a creamy, luscious dessert that brings together the delightful flavors of cherries and cheesecake into a light and airy fluff.

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Can opener
  • Serving dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, continuing to beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  • Gently fold in the cherry pie filling and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top, if desired.
