A Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap is the ultimate fusion of fast-food flavors and homemade goodness! Picture all the classic cheeseburger components—juicy beef, melted cheese, crisp lettuce, and tangy pickles—wrapped in a crispy, golden tortilla with a satisfying crunch.

Equipment

  • Large skillet or griddle
  • Spatula
  • Cutting board and knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons
  • Aluminum foil (optional, for keeping wraps warm)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or 2 teaspoons of your preferred seasoning
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 6 tostada shells or handfuls of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices of American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato diced
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Cook the Ground Beef
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water, cooking until well combined.
  • Prepare the Sauce
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Assemble the Crunch Wraps
  • Lay a large tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Spread a spoonful of the burger sauce in the center.
  • Add a scoop of ground beef, followed by a slice of American cheese and a tostada shell (or a handful of chips).
  • Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, pickles, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Fold the Tortilla
  • Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating a circular wrap with the filling sealed inside.
  • Cook the Wraps
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes, until golden and crispy. Flip and cook the other side until browned.
