Perfect Peach Dumplings are a delightfully sweet treat that’s enveloped in a tender, buttery pastry and baked to golden perfection. They’re not overly sweet but have just the right amount of peachy goodness to satisfy your dessert cravings. I think they’re a perfect summertime or holiday dessert,
and if you’re not a fan of peaches, feel free to substitute them with apples or pears. It will still be undeniably delicious! - Medium saucepan
- Mixing bowls
- Rolling pin

Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and quartered
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into individual triangles.
- Place one peach quarter at the wide end of each crescent roll triangle and roll it up, wrapping the peach in the dough. Place each dumpling in the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, water, butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved and the butter is melted.
- Pour the hot syrup over the peach dumplings in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
- Allow the dumplings to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
