These cones are filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with a luscious peach cobbler mixture, providing a perfect balance of sweetness and tang. They are not overly heavy, making them an ideal treat for warm weather or festive occasions.

If you’re looking for a dessert that combines the rich creaminess of cheesecake with the fruity, comforting flavors of peach cobbler, you’ve come to the right place. These cones offer a refreshing and indulgent twist that’s perfect for summer gatherings, picnics, or any time you want to impress your guests. And the best part? They’re as easy to make as they are to eat!

Kitchen Equipment Needed

  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • Spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pastry bag or zip-top bag
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • For the Cones:
    • 12 waffle cones
  • For the Cheesecake Filling:
    • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • For the Peach Cobbler Topping:
    • 4 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
    • Transfer the cheesecake filling to a pastry bag or zip-top bag with the corner cut off. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Make the Peach Cobbler Topping:
    • In a medium saucepan, combine the diced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon.
    • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the peaches release their juices and the mixture starts to boil.
    • In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water until smooth, then add it to the peach mixture.
    • Continue cooking until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
    • Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Assemble the Cones:
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the waffle cones upright, using a small glass or other support to keep them steady if needed.
    • Fill each cone about three-quarters full with the cheesecake filling.
    • Spoon the cooled peach cobbler topping over the cheesecake filling in each cone.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve immediately for a crisp cone experience or refrigerate for a chilled treat.

These Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones offer a delightful blend of creamy cheesecake and fruity peach cobbler in a fun, portable cone. Perfect for any occasion, they’re sure to be a hit with both kids and adults alike!
