Melt In Your Mouth Chicken is an incredibly tender and flavorful dish that’s coated in a creamy, savory sauce and baked to perfection. It’s not heavy or overly rich either. I think it’s a perfect weeknight dinner or family gathering meal, and if you’re not a fan of certain ingredients, feel free to adjust them.

It will still be undeniably delicious! If you’re looking for a dish that’s tender and full of flavor, you’ve come to the right place. When you make juicy chicken and pair it with a creamy, tangy sauce, you get the perfect meal. The addition of herbs just sends it over the top. I’ve really been in the mood for a comforting dish, and this delicious chicken reminds me of cozy dinners and family gatherings. Not a fan of certain ingredients? Don’t worry, it’s still delicious without them.

Kitchen Equipment Needed:

  • Baking dish (9×13 inches)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula or spoon
  • Oven

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. If the chicken breasts are very thick, you may want to pound them to an even thickness or cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Mix the Sauce:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Coat the Chicken:
    • Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the tops of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Bake:
    • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The topping should be golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
  7. Enjoy:
    • Serve the Melt In Your Mouth Chicken with your favorite side dishes such as rice, pasta, or vegetables. Enjoy the tender, flavorful chicken that truly melts in your mouth!

This Melt In Your Mouth Chicken is perfect for those who love a creamy, flavorful dish that’s easy to prepare. Bon appétit!
