- 2 pounds of 1-inch-thick beef cubes from a chuck roast.

- Then we add 2 tbs. of olive oil to the pot.
- Once the oil is hot, add 2lbs of beef chuck roast cut into 1-inch cubes and brown them on all sides for about 5 minutes per side.
