Ingredients:
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Cook the Noodles: Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Chicken: In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add diced onion, minced garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
