Beef Lombardi Casserole is a comforting, savory dish that’s filled with rich flavors and topped with melted cheese. It’s not heavy or overly greasy either. I think it’s a perfect dinner option for any night of the week, and if you’re not a fan of beef, feel free to substitute it with another protein.

It will still be undeniably delicious! If you’re looking for a hearty & satisfying meal that’s not overly complicated, you’ve come to the right place. When you combine seasoned ground beef with pasta and a creamy cheese topping, you get the perfect casserole. The addition of a zesty tomato base just sends it over the top. I’ve really been in the mood for comfort food, and this savory casserole reminds me of cozy family dinners. Not a fan of beef? Don’t worry, it’s still delicious without it.
