  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until thoroughly mixed.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder and smoked paprika; blend everything until uniformly combined.
  • Fold in the finely chopped parsley and adjust salt, pepper, or hot sauce to suit your palate.
  • Cover your bowl and let the sauce chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Store your Remoulade in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Stir before serving if it has settled.
