  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings and Oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Blanch the broccoli by immersing it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, cooked penne pasta, and Alfredo sauce. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste, and stir in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For variations, try adding spinach or bell peppers. Be cautious with baking time to avoid overcooking the cheese.
