- 1 can kidney beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies 15 oz
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced, any color
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Brown the Meat: In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Cook the Veggies: Add diced onions and bell peppers to the pot and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
