  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed Use ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled Greek feta is popular for its creamy texture.
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves, chopped For added aroma, you can use basil instead.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 pinch Pepper Adjust to taste.

Preparation

  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
  • Crumble the feta cheese on top of the watermelon.
  • Add chopped mint leaves.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve in a large bowl or individual servings, garnished with extra mint leaves. Pairs well with grilled meats and is refreshing for summer gatherings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
