Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream Make sure it's at room temperature for best blending.
  • 1 cup whole milk Make sure it's at room temperature for best blending.
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar Ensure it's fully dissolved for a creamy texture.
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract Use alcohol-free for the best flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances the sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for about 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Freezing

  • Once chilled, pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, filling it to the designated fill line.
  • Place the pint container into the freezer for at least 24 hours to achieve the perfect ice cream consistency.

Churning

  • After the freezing time is complete, remove the container from the freezer, insert it into the Ninja Creami machine, secure the lid, and press the 'Ice Cream' button.
  • Once it's done churning, scoop out the creamy goodness into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Consider adding mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or swirls of fruit puree after churning. Store leftovers in an airtight container; best consumed within a week.
