Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared stuffing, ground turkey, chicken broth, beaten eggs, sage, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Form the Balls:
Scoop out the mixture and shape it into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and the turkey is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
