Turkey Stuffing Balls

These Turkey Stuffing Balls are a delightful twist on traditional stuffing, making them perfect for holiday dinners or any cozy meal.

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or nonstick spray
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Medium saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 6 cups prepared stuffing store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare the Mixture:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared stuffing, ground turkey, chicken broth, beaten eggs, sage, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Form the Balls:
  • Scoop out the mixture and shape it into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake:
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and the turkey is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  • Serve:
  • Allow the balls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm as a side dish or appetizer!
