Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and make sure the cream cheese is softened.
  • Spread 2 ounces of cream cheese evenly across the surface of a tortilla.
  • Lay down slices of turkey breast over the cream cheese, leaving a small border at the edges.
  • Spoon a generous layer of cranberry sauce over the turkey slices.
  • Top with fresh spinach leaves.
  • Starting from one side, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log.
  • Slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange on a platter.

Notes
