  • 12 pieces Slider buns Soft and fluffy for the perfect texture.
  • 1 pound Sliced turkey breast Opt for Halal-certified turkey.
  • 12 slices Cheese Swiss or cheddar work beautifully.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter For that golden finish.

Toppings

  • Mustard or mayonnaise For a bit of a kick.
  • Lettuce leaves Crisp and fresh.
  • Pickles Optional, but adds fantastic crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half without separating them completely, and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Lay down slices of turkey over the bottom half of the buns, then add a slice of cheese on top.
  • Spread mustard or mayonnaise over the cheese, then layer with fresh lettuce and pickles.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  • Melt the butter and brush it over the tops of the buns. Optionally, sprinkle some garlic powder or herbs for extra flavor.
  • Bake the assembled sliders in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is sufficiently melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice apart. Serve warm.

Notes

For substitutions, consider using shredded rotisserie chicken or grilled vegetables instead of turkey. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
