  • 1/2 cup of celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of red bell pepper diced
  • 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  • Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  • Mix the Salad: To the bowl with the dressing, add the cooled pasta, drained tuna, peas, chopped celery, and diced red bell pepper. Gently fold all the ingredients together until everything is well coated in the dressing.
  • Chill and Serve: Cover the salad with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, give it a quick stir and adjust seasoning as needed.
