- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup You can substitute with your favorite cream soup.
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables Peas and carrots work well.
- 2 cups shredded cheese Cheddar is recommended.
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots Ensure they are completely frozen before baking.

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen vegetables. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots over the cheese layer, covering as much of the surface as possible.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the tater tots.
Baking
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
