Three Ingredient Peach Sorbet
A luscious, creamy sorbet that captures the essence of summer with just three simple ingredients—ripe peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Perfect for hot days and made in under an hour.
Freezing time 1 hour hr
Total Time 1 hour hr
- 4 ripe peaches peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Prepare the peaches by peeling, pitting, and dicing the peaches.
In a blender, combine the diced peaches, sugar (or honey), and lemon juice, and blend them until you achieve a smooth puree.
Pour the peach mixture into a shallow container and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to help the mixture firm up slightly before churning.
Remove the mixture from the freezer and stir it with a fork to break up any ice crystals, then return it to the freezer for another 30 minutes, and repeat this process a few times until the sorbet is fully frozen and creamy.
Once your sorbet is firm, scoop it into bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings, and enjoy immediately for the best texture.
