Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Stir in honey and chicken broth.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
