  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss until each floret is coated.

Baking

  • Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle your desired toppings before serving hot.

Notes

For added crispness, roast the cauliflower on a wire rack and keep an eye on it toward the end of baking to prevent burning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
