  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your preferred choice)

Instructions
 

  • Turn on the 375°F oven.
  • Combine the ground beef, milk, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion, pepper, and salt in a sizable bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • On a sheet of parchment paper, flatten the mixture.
  • On top, arrange the cheese slices, leaving a 1/2-inch border all the way around.
  • Over the cheese, sprinkle spinach, roasted red peppers, and parsley.
    Utilizing the parchment paper to your advantage, roll up the meat mixture. Finish the edges.
  • Put the meatloaf roll in a baking pan that has been buttered.
    Bake the meatloaf for 40 to 45 minutes, or until it is well done.
