  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips Melted for coating.
  • 0.5 cups strawberry milk powder Adds strawberry flavor.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar For coating.
  • 1 cup real strawberries, chopped Fresh for added flavor.
  • 0.5 cups butter For melting with the chocolate.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure your strawberries are fresh and washed, and chop them into small pieces. Set them aside for later.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, pour in the Rice Chex cereal. Carefully drizzle the melted white chocolate mixture over the cereal. Gently fold and coat the cereal until it is evenly covered.
  • Sprinkle the strawberry milk powder over the coated cereal. Fold gently to ensure each piece is coated with the sweet strawberry flavor.

Coating

  • In a separate large resealable plastic bag, add the powdered sugar. Once the cereal is fully coated, transfer it to the bag. Seal it and shake until all the pieces are coated in sugary sweetness.
  • Finally, fold in the chopped strawberries for a burst of fresh flavor. Serve it up in a big bowl, and watch everyone enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 5-7 days. Can be frozen for up to a month. For a Halal alternative, use coconut oil instead of butter.
