  • ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Ensure they’re well mixed.
  • Scoop in the almond butter and honey (or agave syrup). Mix until a sticky dough forms. If too dry, add water or more almond butter.
  • Gently fold in chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all mixture is shaped.
  • If desired, roll each ball in crushed graham crackers for added texture and aesthetics.
  • Place protein balls on a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes
