Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats Rolled oats work best
  • 1 cup almond flour Can substitute with regular or nut flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Vanilla or strawberry flavor works best
  • 1 pinch salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Can use a dairy-free alternative
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries Finely chopped to avoid excess moisture
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Agave syrup can be used as an alternative
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, protein powder, and salt. Stir them together until they are well mixed.
  • Next, add the cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and chopped strawberries to the dry mixture. Stir everything together until fully combined.
  • Once the mixture comes together, use your hands to roll it into small balls—about one inch in size. If the mixture is too sticky, consider adding more oats or protein powder to reach a workable consistency.
  • For the best texture, refrigerate the protein balls for about 15-20 minutes. This helps them set and makes them easier to handle.
  • Dig in and savor your homemade strawberry cheesecake protein balls!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Freeze for longer storage, ensuring they are arranged in a single layer before placing in a freezer-safe bag.
