Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats Base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • a pinch salt

Optional Toppings

  • granola For added texture
  • nuts For added crunch
  • extra honey For additional sweetness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats with your choice of milk and stir well.
  • Add Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract to the oat mixture and blend until creamy.

Finishing Touches

  • Add a pinch of salt and fold in half of the sliced strawberries.
  • Transfer the mixture into jars or a large storage container.
  • Layer the remaining sliced strawberries on top.

Refrigeration

  • Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.

Serving

  • In the morning, stir the oats, add any desired toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute Greek yogurt for a dairy-free version or switch up the fruit based on seasonal availability. Adjust sweetness to your preference before refrigerating.
