  • 2 packs Ramen Noodles (discard flavor packets)
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Bell Pepper, sliced thin
  • 2 Carrots, julienned or sliced thin
  • 1 cup Snow Peas

Sauces & Spices

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes (optional) For added heat

Instructions
 

Cooking the Ramen

  • Begin by cooking the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking the Beef

  • In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Adding Garlic

  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Sautéing the Veggies

  • Add in the sliced bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combining Ingredients

  • Return the cooked ramen to the skillet, pouring in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together, making sure the noodles and veggies are well-coated.

Finishing Touches

  • If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
  • Finally, top with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to swap out vegetables based on preferences. For extra flavor, marinate beef in soy sauce before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
