  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch For thickening the sauce.
  • 1 bunch Green onions, chopped For garnish and freshness.

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Gochujang paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Whisk until well blended.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle in some oil.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and stir well to coat.
  • Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for another 5-7 minutes until it thickens and becomes sticky.

Serving

  • Remove from heat, transfer chicken to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes for more flavor. Adjust Gochujang to taste. Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
