  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Cooking the Noodles

  • Begin by cooking the noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse, and set aside.

Preparing the Chicken

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices, cooking until they're golden brown and cooked through (approximately 5-7 minutes).

Adding Garlic

  • Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for around 1 minute, allowing the garlic to release a fragrant aroma.

Creating the Sauce

  • Pour the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and honey (or brown sugar) into the skillet, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Combining with Noodles

  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them evenly in the sauce.

Serving

  • Plate the noodles and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Notes

Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for extra flavor. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for added nutrition.
