Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or sturdy spoon to blend until smooth.
  • Stir in the artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies!

Notes

For a variation, use fresh spinach (1 pound, sautéed) instead of frozen, or swap in different cheeses like pepper jack or cheddar for added flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or frozen for two months.
