Spinach and Ricotta Balls

- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, sauté the chopped spinach and minced garlic until the spinach is wilted.
In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Add the sautéed spinach and garlic to the mixture and mix well.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
