Spinach and Ricotta Balls

Spinach and Ricotta Balls are not just delicious, but they also pack a punch when it comes to nutrition. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, sauté the chopped spinach and minced garlic until the spinach is wilted.
  • In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the sautéed spinach and garlic to the mixture and mix well.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.
