  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground is best.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the raw cashews with olive oil, honey, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated cashews in a single layer.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Once golden brown and fragrant, remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

Notes
