  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel), drained 10 ounces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and drained diced tomatoes. Use your hands or a spatula to mix until well-blended.
  • Gradually incorporate the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt into the sausage mixture. Continue mixing until the dry ingredients are fully integrated.
  • Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
