Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion finely chopped
  • 2 medium cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
