- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- ½ cup of diced onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- ½ cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Coat the chicken breasts in flour.
Heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
