Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • ½ cup of diced onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • ½ cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Coat the chicken breasts in flour.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
